At Temple of Sugandh, we take great care in crafting and packaging your incense products. However, if there’s ever an issue, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product

• The product is damaged in transit

• The item is missing from your package

Note: Due to the nature of our products (fragrance-based and personal-use), we do not accept returns for reasons like fragrance preference, used items, or change of mind.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging

• Provide photo/video proof of the issue via WhatsApp or email

Refunds or Replacements

After verifying the issue:

• We’ll offer a replacement or

• A full refund to your original payment method (within 5–7 working days)

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used incense sticks

• Fragrance not as expected (scent preference is subjective)

• Orders without proper proof or delayed reporting
